All sales and course enrollments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges if you are unsatisfied with a course, change your mind, or are unable to attend the classes. Please review the course details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments due to technical errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Processing of Authorized Refunds

In the rare event that a refund is authorized by our administration, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
